1. The service

AeroStow is a web tool for estimating how cargo fits into aircraft holds, ULDs and deck positions. Access requires an account and a paid subscription (a free trial may apply).

2. Information only — no liability for calculations

All aircraft data, contours, door sizes and calculations are for information only and may contain errors, simplifications or estimates. Results are not a load plan, weight and balance calculation or loading instruction. You must confirm every shipment with the operating airline or its handling agent before booking or loading. To the extent permitted by law, the provider accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete calculations or data.

3. Subscription, trial and payment

Plans are billed in EUR, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe: the monthly plan is for one user; the yearly plan covers up to 5 users of the same company for a fixed price. Larger teams can agree a special plan with us by email. The provider may also grant free or special access at its discretion. A trial, if offered, is available once per workspace; a payment card is required and the first charge happens automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time under Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

4. Accounts and teams

You are responsible for keeping your login details secret. Each user is one named person; accounts must not be shared. A company account can have as many users as its plan allows (monthly: 1, yearly: up to 5, special: as agreed). Company and billing details given at sign-up must be correct and kept up to date. The workspace owner and admins manage members and billing; data saved in a workspace (custom aircraft types, contours) is visible to all its members.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other workspaces, overload the service, resell or share access, or copy the service or its data in bulk.

The software, its source code, algorithms, aircraft data and design are the provider's intellectual property. You may not copy, save, reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute any part of the service or its code, or build a competing product from it. Each copy served is marked with the licensee; misuse leads to immediate termination of access without refund, and the provider reserves the right to claim damages.

6. Changes and availability

We may improve or change the service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; they apply from your next billing period.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
